This allows scientists and doctors to group and separate people into different levels of risk, meaning those who are at higher risk can get screened more often. The article also goes into detail regarding treatment methods, including a newer treatment that delivers a radioactive payload straight to the cancer cells. This is done using a prostate-specific membrane antigen that seeks out the cancerous cells and kills them.
